Taylor juga menerima dua penghargaan lain di kategori Favorite Country Album untuk album Speak Now dan Favorite Country Female Artist. Setiap menerima berbagai penghargaan ini di atas panggung, ekspresi wajah Taylor selalu terlihat terkejut dengan mata terbelalak dan mulut terbuka. He he he.
