Tetap Sehat di Cuaca Buruk, Yuk! (cewekbanget)

Kalau memang enggak perlu banget, enggak perlu berativitas di luar. Khususnya saat malam hari yang lebih sering hujan dan udaranya enggak bersahabat. Kalau memang harus keluar rumah, jangan lupa bawa payung dan jaket ya girls.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

Setidaknya dua minggu sekali kita harus berolaharaga. Olaharaga teratur akan meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh dan biikin kita tetap fit buat menghadapi aktivitas setumpuk dan cuaca buruk. Pilih waktu yang tepat saat cuaca lagi enak. Misalnya pagi hari di akhir pecan atau olahraga indoor pun oke.
