Leeteuk kemudian menuliskan struktur 'organisasi' yang menyebutkan dirinya memegang peranan sebagai 'Presiden', YoonA sebagai 'Wakil Presiden' dan Taeyeon sebagai 'Manajer'.

Kekhawatiran fans
Setelah Jonghyun dikabarkan meninggal pada Senin (18/12) lalu, beberapa fans kemudian mulai mengungkit kembali soal 'Milk Club' ini.
Dalam sebuah forum onehallyu yang membahas Taeyeon menyukai dua unggahan foto Jonghyun di Instagram setelah sang member SHINee dikabarkan meninggal, seorang fans menyampaikan kekhawatirannya akan keadaan mental Taeyeon.
"Taeyeon has suffered from mental health issues for a long time, and i believe she mentioned not being in the best place after her accident...
Jonghyun was a dear friend of hers...I hope she gets the help/support she needs as well as the rest of those close to Jonghyun."
