Berita meninggalnya vokalis sekaligus pentolan dari band Linkin Park, Chester Bennington, membuat publik terutama fans dari band rock Amerika ini terkejut dan tentunya merasa kehilangan.

Pasalnya, meninggalnya Chester dengan cara gantung diri ini bertepatan dengan ulang tahun sahabatnya Chester, yaitu Chris Cornell, vokalis band Soundgarden dan Audioslave, yang pada bulan Mei lalu juga meninggal karena bunuh diri dan enggak lama setelah Linkin Park mengeluarkan album terbarunya.
